Privacy & Terms

What we collect. When you enquire or book, we store your name, contact details, travel preferences and booking history — only what we need to plan and operate your trip.

What we never do. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and only pass operational details (names, passport data for visas) to the airlines, hotels and embassies involved in your booking.

Payments. Card payments run through certified providers; we never see or store your full card number.

Your rights. Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data any time at hello@sunlitroute.travel — we respond within 7 days.

Prices. All prices include taxes and listed inclusions. A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive an e-ticket.

Changes. Date changes are free until 7 days before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations convert to travel credit valid for 12 months.

Visas & documents. Travelers are responsible for holding valid passports and documents; our visa service assists with applications but final approval rests with embassies.

Conduct & safety. Guides may adjust itineraries for weather or safety. Travel insurance is strongly recommended on every trip.
